Engulfed in seasonal floodwaters, tall grass and a lone tree are surrounded by the moving waters of the Chobe River as we departed from Impalila Island in Namibia.
This waterway is nearly a quadripoint where four African countries border each other. Straight ahead is Botswana, and just a short distance upriver to the left are the borders of Zimbabwe and Zambia - roughly 100 meters apart.
