Pre-Op Prep

Technician Jacobus Louw demonstrates safe handling of an anxious canine to equally anxious third-year DVM students during pre-operative prep on the morning of the class' first castration procedure. Under the supervision of their professors, the students will work in teams to neuter a variety of dog breeds - both companion animals and strays brought in from the local animal protection society.
