Flying Fish

...and two callaloo pockets. It was delicious.

I don't normally photograph the food I eat, but as the plate arrived at our table I found myself thinking about how vastly different this dish is from anything I grew up with... Cheeseburgers and Corn-on-the-Cob will always rank among my favorites, but fresh Flying Fish will beat the McDonald's Dollar Menu any day of the week.
