Right Place, Right Time

In years past, I managed to find only a few individual Shortknees to photograph throughout the entire Carnival season. It seemed I was always in the wrong place at the wrong time... but not this year.

This year I hit the visual jackpot. Thanks to a good location and a few hours of patience I was able to see half a dozen sizable bands of Shortknee characters marching to the National Stadium - despite the afternoon rain - on Carnival Monday.
