This peace-spreading gentleman was singing extempo songs to visitors who stopped at the Maracas Bay Overlook.
"My brother, you may have a picture if you like. Take two or three, that might be nice," he sang. "The sweet sights of Trinidad are there for you to take, be sure to leave a dollar or two so this song man may buy a soft drink..."
"Sure," I said. "I'd love to have a photo. Can I be in it with you?" He smiled and fixed the bandanna around his kneck as I handed my camera to a passing tourist.
"Wait... Can I hold your guitar?"
"Only if you play me a good song," he said with a raspy chuckle.

Yet another reason for me to want to visit. I will make it one day.
You were standing about 7 minutes' drive from our old home, right there...
... *sniff* *sniff*...
ah i remember the music men well. :-) Not this particular one but i'm sure he is just as talented as the music men in Grenada. :-)
Seriously. Just stumbled upon this one. Just the tickle I needed! Reminds me of wandering around in jungles. In reverse. It's the only way to find the neat stuff.
