Free Hugs

I love free stuff.
I was sitting behind my computer at the office, trying to catch up on my editing backlog, when a friend yelled down the hallway, "Hey Josh! Want a free hug? And a picture?"
"Hell yeah," I said, poking my head out the door.
"Look! At the bus stop! Free hugs," she said, pointing out the window.
So I grabbed my camera and ducked outside for a hug and a quick photo.

Hey!
You've never met me, I'm engaged to your old friend Ryan Jacobson, but he sent me your website this week because I'm soon to be graduating in Photojournalism. I just had to say this photograph made me smile because there's a student on my own college campus in Minnesota that walks around EVERY DAY holding the exact same sign. Brings a smile to my face when I can see how these things span continents.
Thanks for taking our picture Joshua! There were many hugs and many smiles that day. You would be surprised how many people asked us "is it really free??" Glad you took part in it! By the way, your photos are magnificent! It's so great seeing familiar SGU faces in some of them. Best wishes :)
