As she's done for much of her adult life, nut after nut, a professional spice processor removes mace from the nutmeg before sending it to the factory for further drying and international shipment.

Have you had a meal seasoned with Mace? I imagine living in Grenada, you must have. We picked some up and I admit that I really did not care for the flavor.

Nutmeg on the other hand, I love!

Wow! I never knew nutmegs look like that. I only thought of them as powder, haha. The mace part is so strange. o_O
