Inner Tube Invasion

About a month ago, Derek and I drove up the mountains into the rain forest to dabble in some HDR imagery. It was a peaceful afternoon - blue sky, lush foliage, birds chirping, small river bubbling...

When all of a sudden an army of inner tube tourists invaded!!
It was quite a surprise to see them appear from around the river bend by the dozens.
I had no idea the river was used for tubing by one of the tour-guide companies.

The tourists laughed, waved, and splashed their way past us. Within a few minutes the riverbank we occupied plunged back into serenity.
