Abandoned

Sadly, I didn't get much more info on the abandoned ship from the folks I checked with... They all gave different stories, but it centered around the idea that the ship was in need of a massive overhaul, had tried to skip out on paying duties, and no one made a fuss about them leaving it there after the government seized it.

Some SCUBA enthusiasts want to tow it just off shore, cut a hole in the hull and turn it into a dive location.
